Chemical fiber vat finishing agent GS27 is a special material finishing agent developed specifically for nylon and polyester. It can endow nylon and polyester fiber fabrics with a particularly soft and fine texture, and is one of the best choices for imitating cotton finishing.

Product Performance

1. Applicable to various thin and heavy fabrics of nylon and polyester fibers, as well as high – count, high – density knitted fabrics and woven fabrics;
2. Based on the special structure of GS27, it has good adsorption on fibers. Under the action of a certain temperature and mechanical force, the internal stress of the fiber is further completely released, making the fiber achieve a re – shaping effect. The style is permanently maintained and not affected by wet processing. Through post – finishing enhancement, various styles such as fluffy, soft, fleshy feel, elasticity, and cotton imitation can be designed;
3. Based on the special structure of GS27, it has absolute stability. It can be dyed in the same bath with acidic and disperse dyes without damaging the stability of the formulation liquid. Therefore, it does not cause dye aggregation, does not affect the dyeing rate and color yield, and will not cause problems such as color spots and stains;
4. It can effectively prevent creases, scratches, and white abrasions of various high – count, high – density, and heavy fabrics of nylon and polyester in the dye vat;
5. The application does not add any additional processes, and can be carried out simultaneously with pre – treatment, dyeing, soaping, and other processes, improving the utilization efficiency of the dyeing machine;
6. Endow the fabric with excellent sewing properties without yellowing. The color after treatment is full and pure. It can reduce or eliminate the use of post – finishing silicone oil, reducing problems such as a decrease in fabric stiffness and color change caused by post – finishing. An ideal effect can be achieved with a small dosage, and the cost advantage is prominent.

Application

Suitable for style finishing of various yarns, fabrics, and their blended fabrics of chemical fibers such as nylon, polyester, and acrylic fibers. It can be diluted for use. The following process uses a dilution ratio of 1:3 for dosage.

Dyeing in the same bath: Chemical fiber vat finishing agent GS27 1 – 10%
