Application Scope
Multifunctional fixing agent JN968 is mainly suitable for cotton blended fabrics containing polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, and acrylic fibers, as well as regenerated cellulose fiber fabrics and their blended fabrics (such as Tencel, Lyocell, T/R, C/R, N/R, etc.).
Reference Process
– Padding – dipping method: Multifunctional fixing agent JN968 0.5 – 1.5% (O.W.F)
– Padding method:Multifunctional fixing agent JN968 5 – 30g/l
– Post – finishing assistant Xg/l
– One – dip – one – pad, then set and bake at 130°C – 170°C.
Note: The setting and padding process is more recommended. Besides good color
– fixing effect, it can improve the efficiency of the dyeing vat and reduce the probability of color – fixing spots.
Packaging
Packed in 125kg plastic drums, and should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
