Product Characteristics

1. When used for the finishing of various fibers, it can provide an elastic, plump and smooth hand – feel.
2. It can endow the fabric with excellent hydrophilicity.
3. After finishing, the fabric has little yellowing and small decrease in whiteness.
4. When used in combination with resin, it has a good effect on preventing strength reduction.
5. It has good compatibility when used in combination with other finishing agents.

Reference Process

– Padding – dipping method

    – Dosage: JN3209 0.5 – 3% (o.w.f) (subject to processing requirements)

    – Temperature and time: 30 – 50°C × 15min. After dewatering, dry it and then cure it.

– Padding method:

    – Dosage: JN3209 10 – 80g/l

    – Dry at 100°C – 130°C → Set at 150°C – 170°C

Note: The colloidal product should be diluted at a ratio of 1:3 first and be stirred until dissolved before use. Conduct a small – scale test first and confirm the specific parameters. Packaging:Packed in 125 – kilogram plastic drums, and should be stored in a cool, dry and
ventilated place.
