Characteristics

1. It can effectively improve the washing fastness, water – spotting fastness, seawater fastness, perspiration fastness, etc. of nylon fabrics and their blended fabrics.
2. It does not affect the color and light – fastness of dyed fabrics.
3. No acid addition is required during processing.
4. It has low foaming property and is easy to operate.
5. It has excellent stability. With standard operation, no color – fixing spots will occur.

Applications

– Post – treatment of nylon dyed fabrics

   – Exhaust method

       – Acidic Color – Fixing Agent HF: 0.5 – 2% (o.w.f)

       – Process conditions: 70 – 80 °C, 20 – 30 min

   – Continuous method

       – Color – fixing Agent HF: 5 – 15 g/L

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 125 – kg drums. Store in a well – ventilated and cool place.
