Product Introduction
This product is the most widely used polyester whitening agent in the domestic dyeing and finishing industry. It has excellent performance, low price, high whiteness value, good fluorescence, and no yellowing spots. It can whiten polyester at 100°C, which is incomparable to other products. The products produced with it give people a pleasing feeling.
Usage Method
- General dosage: 0.2% – 0.5%
- Bath ratio: 1:5 – 1:20
- Temperature: 100°C – 130°C
- Time: 20 – 30min
Product Packaging
50kg, plastic barrel, lined with plastic bag. Packaging can also be customized according to user requirements.
Precautions
- Before use, fully shake well, then accurately weigh, and tightly cover after use.
- If sedimentation and delamination of the suspension are found, just shake well and it can be used without affecting the quality.
- When the water quality is relatively poor, add an appropriate amount of chelating dispersant.
