【Performance】
- Chelates impurities such as iron and copper metal ions in water, thereby avoiding the ineffective rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
- Suitable for various types of hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes.
- When added to the bleaching bath, it makes the use of hydrogen peroxide more effective and economical, giving fabrics excellent whiteness and minimal fiber damage.
- If this product is used in the production process, water softeners can be added less or not at all.
(1)【Application】
(1) Cold Pad – Batch
JN17: 8 – 10g/l
JN102: 2 – 8g/l
JN101: 3 – 5g/l
Caustic soda (100%): 30 – 40g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%): 6 – 8g/l
Pick – up rate: 95 – 98%
Temperature: Room temperature
Time: 12 hours
(2) Jigger Dyeing
JN17: 3 – 5g/l
JN101: 2 – 4g/l
Caustic soda: 10 – 30g/l
Hydrogen peroxide (100%): 6 – 12g/l
Woven fabrics should be desized before scouring/bleaching processes to prevent size from depositing in the solution. If desizing, scouring, and bleaching are carried out in the same bath, chelating dispersant 507 can be added at 1 – 3g/l. Heat up from 40 – 50°C to 95 – 98°C, scour and bleach for 60 – 120 minutes, rinse four times, then neutralize and wash with cold water.
(3) Continuous Padding
JN17: 5 – 10g/l
JN101: 3 – 6g/l
Chelating Dispersant JN102: 2 – 4g/l
Caustic Soda: 40 – 60g/l
Hydrogen Peroxide (100%): 6 – 12g/l
Grey fabric → Padding scouring solution (95% pick – up rate) → Steaming (98 – 102°C, 45 – 60min) → Washing
