Performance
- Suitable for one-bath/synchronous operation in Lyocell fabric processes: presetting, dyeing, and soaping.
- Protects fibers by forming a protective film on the fabric, thus effectively safeguarding Lyocell fibers in wet conditions and preventing their fibrillation.
- Does not affect the dye uptake, shade, or fastness of the fabric in subsequent dyeing processes.
- Imparts a smooth, soft, and full style to the fabric.
Application
Presetting (Follow normal presetting process)
- Light to medium shades: Anti-Scratch & Anti-Abrasion Finishing Agent JN1215: 15–20g/L
- Medium to deep shades: Anti-Scratch & Anti-Abrasion Finishing Agent JN1215: 20–40g/L
Fabric Scouring (Follow normal scouring process)
- Anti-Scratch & Anti-Abrasion Finishing Agent JN1215: 0.5% (o.w.f)
Dyeing (Follow normal dyeing process)
- Anti-Scratch & Anti-Abrasion Finishing Agent JN1215: 0.5% (o.w.f)
Soaping (Follow normal soaping process)
- Anti-Scratch & Anti-Abrasion Finishing Agent JN1215: 0.5% (o.w.f)
Packaging & Storage
Packed in 125kg plastic drums. Store in a cool place. Shelf life: 6 months. Stir well before use.
