1. This product is non-toxic, formaldehyde-free, and does not pollute the environment.

 

2. Imparts stiff and substantial finishing effects to fabrics; hardness does not decrease significantly after moisture regain.

 

3. After fabric sizing and drying, a thin film forms on the fiber surface, resulting in a neat appearance.

 

4. Minimal impact on the shade of the treated fabric.

 

【Application】

1. The recommended use temperature of the emulsion is above 10°C. Do not mix with strong acids, strong alkalis or organic solvents in stiffening finishing processes.

 

2. If the emulsion freezes in winter, do not stir it. Place the frozen emulsion in a warm room (30–40°C) to thaw naturally; it can be reused only after restoring its original appearance.

 

3. If the diluted emulsion is used after being left for 4 hours, stir it well before use.

 

4. Easy to use: fabrics can be dried after treatment with 250F; subsequent curing processes depend on the fabric and other post-finishing techniques.

 

5. Recommended Process

 

◦ Stiffening Agent JN369: 5—80g/L

 

◦ One dip and one pad → dry at 100°C → cure at 150–180°C for 45–120 seconds (adjust according to process requirements)

 

【Storage, Packaging and Transportation】

1. Storage: Must be stored above 0°C; avoid open-air stacking. Tighten the container lid after use to prevent natural drying and skinning. Shelf life: 6 months.

 

2. Packaging: Packed in plastic drums lined with plastic bags, or in cardboard drums lined with two layers of plastic bags. Net weight: 125kg/drum or 50kg/drum.

 

3. Transportation: Transport as a non-dangerous good; handle with care and avoid overturning.
