Recycled Fiber Velvet Finishing Project
The core of our velvet-elastic finishing process lies in the synergistic effect of three auxiliary agents: 1. First, the sea-island recycled fiber is pre-treated with the shrink-reducing agent JN121, which achieves effective shrinkage, bringing excellent bulkiness and moderate swelling. Compared with commercial fiber-opening agents, it causes much lower fiber damage. 2. Combined with the brand-new softener JN36conc, which is compatible with the dyeing bath, it features high safety and significantly enhances the bulkiness of polyester. 3. The velvet-feel finishing agent JN9367 is added in the post-finishing stage, endowing the fabric with a fine, skin-friendly, comfortable, fresh and drapey handfeel. The combined use of the three agents promotes each other's effects, ultimately achieving the ideal velvet-elastic finish.
What are the influencing factors of anti-static agents?
Molecular Structure, Characteristic Group Properties, and Addition Amounts The efficacy of an anti-static agent primarily depends on its fundamental characteristics as a surfactant—surface activity
【Textile Knowledge】White Spots Appearing During Dyeing?
There are many reasons for the formation of white spots during dyeing. For instance, water spots on the dyeing base machine, water spots in the reversioning oven.
Six color fastness properties of textiles
The color fastness test of textiles is a routine inspection item in the quality testing of textiles. There are mainly the following types
The causes and solutions for the generation of watermarks during the dyeing process
The causes of this phenomenon. The characteristic of the dyeing and finishing process is that there is a lot of water, a lot of steam, and a lot of condensate water.
Textile Knowledge – Various Dyeing Methods
The heat resistance stability of direct dyes is relatively good. Direct dyes can be dissolved in soft water containing soda ash for better solubility.
What are the chemical finishing principles of silk fabrics?
Weight Gain: Following the removal of sericin during degumming, silk typically experiences a weight loss of 20% to 50%.
The real reason why fabric softeners make fabrics soft
Why does softener make the fabric soft? Let’s start by discussing the concept of softener.
8 Ways to Improve Wet Rub Fastness
I. Selection of Dyes There are numerous varieties of reactive dyes, and their qualities vary greatly. It is crucial to select dyes that meet the quality standards for dyeing.
