Performance
1.Resolves streaking/color difference in garment dyeing caused by uneven fiber tension and color absorption variation due to garment sewing and splicing.
2.Improves the dye uptake rate of dyes and the color fastness to washing/rubbing.
3.Prevents color staining on garments during dyeing (e.g., stained white sewing threads, mutual staining between spliced different fabrics) and protects garment details.
4.Suitable for dip dyeing of cotton, regenerated fibers, and their blends; not suitable for garment dyeing of pure polyester/nylon and other chemical fibers.
Application Process
Process Flow: Pretreatment (degreasing) → Modification Treatment (temperature and time control) → Dyeing
Modification Process
Dosage: JN601 1-3% (O.W.F, On Weight of Fabric
After adding the measured JN601 and stirring evenly, add the pretreated garments, heat up to 40°C, and hold the temperature for 25 minutes. Do not drain the liquid after heat preservation; directly add dyes and heat up for dyeing.
Note: Cationic Modifier JN601 must be added at a low temperature to ensure sufficient modification of garments; otherwise, dyeing streaks may occur. Adjust the specific dosage appropriately according to the actual color, and base it on specific experiments.
