Performance
- Fabrics treated with this product have remarkable water – repellent ability. Meanwhile, it has a good protective effect against soy sauce – like substances, making clothing, home textiles and other items less likely to be contaminated. It can also quickly remove dirt, and the effect is relatively durable, maintaining its performance even after multiple washes.
- Compared with general coating water – repellent finishes, this product has excellent air – permeability. It will not change the color, appearance or other properties of the fabric, and has no impact on the hand feeling.
- This product is green and environmentally friendly, meeting the ZDHC Agreement standards.
Scope of Application
This product is suitable for the easy – care finishing of various fabrics such as pure cotton, polyester – cotton blends, and polyester.
Application
Padding → Drying → Curing.
- Dosage: Easy – Care Finishing Agent JN130: 10 – 80 g/L (depending on the fabric properties)
- Padding Method: One – dip – one – nip (depending on the fabric properties)
- Pick – up Rate: 65 – 75%
- Curing Temperature: 155℃ – 165℃ for 70S (depending on the fabric properties)
Precautions
- To ensure good treatment results, the fabric to be treated must be well – pre – treated. Its surface must be dry, clean, and free of residual chemicals and other substances.
- This product must be stirred evenly before use, and it should be prepared with qualified printing and dyeing water.
- This product is non – toxic and harmless. When using it, pay attention not to splash it into the eyes or contact mucous membranes and skin. In case of such situations, rinse immediately with a large amount of water.
Packaging and Storage
It is packaged in plastic barrels with inner rubber bags. Store it in a dark place at a temperature of 5℃ – 40℃, away from fire sources. Do not leave it open. After use, cover the lid in time to prevent evaporation and the entry of impurities. It can be stably stored in the original packaging for 10 – 12 months. A small amount of precipitation may occur if the product is stored for too long, which is a normal phenomenon. Please stir well before use.
