Fiber Modifier JN33

Application Scope of the Product

  1. Process scheme for modifying various fibers
    – Add 1.0 – 5% (o.w.f) during the dyeing stage, following the normal production process.
  2. Process scheme for preventing scraping white, abrasion and creases of cotton – based cellulosic fibers (including recycled fibers)
    – In the scouring and boiling – off stage: Add 0.5 – 1.0% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
    – In the dyeing stage: Add 1.0 – 1.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
    – In the soaping stage: Add 0.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
  3. Process scheme for preventing scraping white, abrasion and creases of chemical – fiber/cotton blends
    – In the scouring and boiling – off stage: Add 0.5 – 1.0% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
    – In the dyeing stage: Add 1.0 – 1.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
    – In the over – dyeing cotton stage: Add 0.5 – 1% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
    – In the soaping stage: Add 0.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
  4. Process scheme for preventing scraping white, abrasion and creases of chemical fibers
    – Add 1.0 – 1.5% (o.w.f) during the dyeing stage, following the normal production process.

 

Remarks

The above major process conditions follow the normal production process. There is no need for additional treatment processes, and no extra process costs are added.

Packaging and Storage

– Packaging: Packed in 125 – kg plastic drums.

– Storage: This product is sensitive to cold and heat. Do not store it below 0 °C or above 40 °C, as it may cause irreversible deterioration. If there is any suspicion of freezing or overheating deterioration, test the product in advance before use.
