- Through a certain mechanical force, it can fully release the internal stress of fibers, make the fibers swell and achieve a reshaping effect. The style is permanently maintained and is not affected by wet processing. Through post – finishing, various styles such as fluffy, soft, smooth, fleshy and elastic can be created.
- After treatment with JN33, the post – finishing style of various fibers is distinctive. Moreover, it can reduce the usage of various silicone oils and softeners, which can not only meet the cost – saving needs of customers, but also create unique style products.
- It does not damage the stability of the liquid preparation, so it does not cause dye aggregation, does not affect the dyeing rate and color yield, and does not cause problems such as color spots and stains. It is safe and reliable to use.
- It can prevent scraping white and abrasion of various thick fabrics in the vat.
- Since the fibers swell during the dyeing process, to a certain extent, it can prevent creases generated during the dyeing process.
- The application process does not add other additional conditions and can be carried out simultaneously with pre – treatment, dyeing, soaping and other processes, improving the efficiency of the dyeing machine.
Application Scope of the Product
- Process scheme for modifying various fibers
– Add 1.0 – 5% (o.w.f) during the dyeing stage, following the normal production process. - Process scheme for preventing scraping white, abrasion and creases of cotton – based cellulosic fibers (including recycled fibers)
– In the scouring and boiling – off stage: Add 0.5 – 1.0% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
– In the dyeing stage: Add 1.0 – 1.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
– In the soaping stage: Add 0.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process. - Process scheme for preventing scraping white, abrasion and creases of chemical – fiber/cotton blends
– In the scouring and boiling – off stage: Add 0.5 – 1.0% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
– In the dyeing stage: Add 1.0 – 1.5% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.
– In the over – dyeing cotton stage: Add 0.5 – 1% (o.w.f), following the normal production process.

Remarks
The above major process conditions follow the normal production process. There is no need for additional treatment processes, and no extra process costs are added.
Packaging and Storage
– Packaging: Packed in 125 – kg plastic drums.
– Storage: This product is sensitive to cold and heat. Do not store it below 0 °C or above 40 °C, as it may cause irreversible deterioration. If there is any suspicion of freezing or overheating deterioration, test the product in advance before use.
