This product is synthesized using cutting – edge global process technology. It contains both  hydrophobic groups that are affinity to disperse dyes and polyester fibers, and hydrophilic groups with good water – solubility. It can change the adsorption rate of disperse dyes in the initial stage of dyeing, improve the high – temperature dispersibility of disperse dyes and their migration on fibers. It produces less foam, has no discoloration property, can control and reduce the precipitation and sedimentation of oligomers, minimize contamination of dyeing machinery, and enhance the rubbing fastness of dark – colored fabrics.

Characteristics

1. It has super – strong dispersing power and excellent retarding property, which can control the dyeing rate in the initial stage of dyeing and exhibit excellent leveling property.
2. It has excellent high – temperature dispersibility, ensuring no dye aggregation during the dyeing process.
3. It has excellent migration property and can be used for color correction.
4. It has low foaming property, minimal discoloration, pure and vivid color, and good reproducibility.

– Reference dosage: 0.5 – 1.5% (o.w.f)

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 125 – kg drums. Store in a well – ventilated and cool place. The shelf life is one year.
