1. It has excellent cleaning power, wettability and penetration ability.
2. It has excellent ability to remove oil and impurities.
3. It can effectively remove cottonseed hulls, lignin, wax, etc. from cotton fibers.
4. It can endow the fabric with excellent capillary effect, ensuring uniform, thorough and clean pretreatment of the fabric.
5. Resistant to alkali, acid and hard water.
6. It can endow the working liquid with excellent penetration and dispersion ability under strong alkali conditions.
7. When dyeing pure cotton and its blended fabrics, it can endow the dye with excellent permeability, ensuring uniform color penetration and pure color shade of the fabric.
8. It has excellent alkali resistance, with an alkali resistance of up to 200g/l, and can be used in the mercerizing process of various fabrics or yarns in the vat. 

1. Pretreatment
   – JN17: 0.5 – 2% (O.W.F)
   – NaOH: 0.5 – 1% (O.W.F)
   – H₂O₂ (100%): 1 – 3% (O.W.F)
   – Process: (98 – 102°C, 30 – 60 min) → Water washing
   
   
2. Dyeing
   – JN17: 0.5 – 1% (O.W.F)
   – Follow the normal dyeing process
   
   
3. Mercerizing
   – NaOH: 8 – 20%
   – JN17: 1 – 5%
   – Follow the normal mercerizing process

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 125 Kg drums, and should be stored in a well – ventilated and cool place.
