Polishing Enzyme BPF(liquid)

BFT is a modified cellulase preparation that can be used directly. It has excellent defuzzing properties and is suitable for the biopolishing treatment of cotton and other cellulosic fabrics, with minimal damage to fabric strength

Application

BFT is applicable to the biopolishing treatment of cellulosic fabrics, including cotton, polyester/cotton, linen and other fabrics.

 

Recommended Formulation

  • Dosage:BFT 0.5 – 2.0% (o.w.f)
  • Time: 30 – 60 minutes
  • Temperature: 55 – 60°C
  • pH: 4.0 – 5.5 (controlled with 0.5% acetic acid)

 

Methods for Inactivating the Enzyme

  • A: Raise the pH to 9.0 and maintain for 30 minutes at a temperature greater than 70°C.
  • B: Raise the temperature to above 80°C and maintain for 15 minutes.

 

Packaging

Packed in 30 – kg drums, 60 – kg drums and 120 – kg drums.

 

Storage

Store in a closed container at a temperature of 25°C.
