Characteristics & Advantages

1. It has good Rapid water solubility, softness, smoothness property, anti-static property and low foaming property.
2. The treated fabric has very low yellowing after drying at high temperature.
3. Suitable for the synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics of cotton, hemp, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic etc., used in the after-finishing processing at dyeing and finishing factory.
4. The softness finishing processing of jeans, washing cloth and knitwear in washing factory is suitable for stone washing and pure enzyme washing.
5. The softness treatment of knitted fabric before fabric setting process, able to make the fabric stretch to the required width and not deform easily.
6. It does not containAPEO and other prohibited substances and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Dissolveing Method

l The Cold Water Dissolve Method: Under stirring, the softener powder by 6-10% ratio will slowly add into room temperature water, stir 3 to 5 mins to make it dispersion, let stand for soaking time of 30-60 mins, then low-speed to stirring till homogeneous slurry.

l The Warm Water Dissolve Method: Under stirring, the softener powder by 6-10% ratio will slowly add into 30℃ warm water, stir 3 to 5 mins and then gradually heating to 35-40 ℃, continue to stir until homogeneous slurry at low speed, cooling and set aside.

Remark: The above solution should be filtered before softening.

Operation process

The using process in dyeing factory:

l Padding: 2~3g/L, temperature 30-40℃, double-dipdouble-nip or Single-dip-single-nip

l Dipping: 0.3~0.8% (o.w.f.), liquor ratio1:10-15, finish in 15~30 minutes under temperature of 30~50 Celsius degree

Remark: The actual dosage and process should be adjusted by customer according to actual situation of the samples.

Stored in waterproof, moisture-proof, in a cool and dry place, such as open the packaging for too long, in case of moisture absorption, and it do not affect usage effect.
