1. Substitute Alkali JN375 replaces caustic soda, stabilizers, and penetrant scouring agents in traditional processes, thus highly simplifying the pre-treatment process.

 

2. After treatment with this product, the fabric loss rate is reduced by more than 5%.

 

3. The treated fabric exhibits excellent whiteness, good wettability, and high capillary effect (usually 9–17 cm/30 min), with uniform, clean, and transparent properties, ensuring subsequent dyeing effects.

【Application Processes】

 

1. Yarn

 

JN375 is used in the one-bath pre-treatment (desizing, scouring, and bleaching) of cotton/linen cone yarn and skein yarn before dyeing. It effectively improves issues caused by traditional processes, such as yarn weight loss, inner-outer layer color difference, and yellow spots/color differences at skein connections due to insufficient scouring. While maintaining fiber strength, it reduces the scouring rate, giving the yarn a fluffy, soft hand feel and uniform capillary effect.

 

• JN375: 1–1.5 g/L

 

• H₂O₂ (30%): 4.0–6.0 g/L

 

• Liquor Ratio: 1: 10–20

 

• Temperature: 95–100°C

 

• Time: 45–60 min

1. Cotton Knitted Fabric Scouring and Bleaching

 

JN375 effectively improves problems (e.g., fiber weight loss, dyeing streaks, batch differences, strip marks, wrinkles) that occur during conventional scouring of knitted fabrics. It provides the fabric with a fluffy, soft hand feel and balanced wettability, enhancing product quality comprehensively.

 

• JN375: 1–3 g/L

 

• H₂O₂ (30%): 3.0–6.0 g/L

 

• Liquor Ratio: 1: 10–15

 

• Temperature: 95–100°C

 

• Time: 45–60 min

1. Linen and Linen Blended Fabrics

 

JN375 accurately decomposes fiber symbionts in linen fibers. It effectively improves issues caused by excessive caustic soda scouring in traditional processes, such as hard hand feel, prickly sensation, reduced strength, difficult dyeing, and uneven coloring of linen and its blends. The consistent scouring effect provides an ideal substrate for bleaching and dyeing, while fully retaining the natural style of linen fibers.

• H₂O₂ (30%): 6.0–10.0 g/L

 

• Liquor Ratio: 1: 10–15

Packaged in 25kg plastic bags. Store in a dry, ventilated place and keep sealed. Shelf life: 6 months. This product is not a dangerous good.
