Application
Super Soft Finishing Agent JN132 is applicable to the post – finishing of various fiber fabrics.
Padding Process
– Super Soft Finishing Agent JN132: 10 – 80g/l
– One dip and one pad, pad pickup rate 70 – 80%
– Drying temperature: 100°C – 130°C
– Setting temperature: 150 ° C – 170 ° C (adjusted according to fabric requirements)
Impregnation Process
– Super Soft Finishing Agent JN132: 1 – 5% (o.w.f)
– Temperature: 40°C – 50°C
– Time: 15 – 30 minutes
– After dehydration, dry and set
Remarks: It is recommended to conduct advanced small – sample tests to optimize process parameters.
Storage and Packaging
Packed in 125 – kilogram plastic drums, and should be stored in a well – ventilated and cool place.
