Functions and Advantages

1. After fabrics are subjected to overly soft or waterproof finishing, if the color is incorrect and rework is needed, there is no need for the traditional stripping process, and direct dyeing can be carried out. This can shorten the technological process, save 2 – 3 hours, save 2 – 3 cylinders of water, achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and consumption reduction, and significantly improve work efficiency.
2. For fabrics with a heavy hand – feel silicone oil, if color addition or color change is required, there is no need to remove the silicone oil, and direct dyeing can be done. It saves 2 – 3 hours and 2 – 3 cylinders of water, realizes energy conservation, emission reduction,
   and consumption reduction, and significantly improves work efficiency. It can also avoid the decrease in the bursting strength of the fabric caused by removing the silicone oil and reduce the risk of fabric damage.
3. After fabrics are treated with waterproofing agents and resins, there is no need to remove the waterproofing agents, and direct dyeing can be performed. It can also avoid the risk of the fabric being downgraded due to hard spots and hard lumps caused by stripping the
   waterproofing agents, and can also save the cost of waterproofing agent loss.
4. JN215 has a good penetration and carrier effect, is effective for various dyes, and can reduce the problem of uneven color (shade) for blended and interwoven fabrics.
5. For medium – light – colored fabrics after being treated with silicone oil, softening oil, fixing agents, and waterproofing agents, if color defects (color spots) occur, there is no need to remove the fixing agents, soften, remove the silicone oil, or remove the waterproofing agents, and direct over – dyeing to black can be carried out.

Dyeing process addition: Add JN215 at 2.0 – 5% (o.w.f) and follow the normal production process.

Storage

This product is sensitive to severe cold and heat. Do not store it below 0 °C or above 40 °C; otherwise, it may undergo irreversible deterioration. If it is suspected that the product has deteriorated due to freezing or overheating, pre – test it before use.
