Easy-care Pretreatment Agent JN1050

1. As a synergistic chemical for waterproof and soft finishing, it can effectively improve the waterproof and hand - feel properties of cotton, nylon, polyester and their blended fabrics.
2. It causes low color change and does not affect the light - fastness of dyed fabrics.
3. It does not contain prohibited substances such as F and P.
4. The product has good stability and low foaming, and can be applied to both impregnation and padding processes.
5. It can meet the process requirements of automatic dosing systems.

When the pretreatment agent is used in synergy with a waterproof agent/softener, for processing stability, a two - step treatment is recommended. Both padding and impregnation processes are applicable.

- Step 1: Pretreatment finishing

- Padding process: JN1050, 1 - 5 g/L

- Prepare the solution → Dry fabric, treat with TF - 505C, one - dip - one - nip (3.0 kgf/cm²) → Set the shape (170°C for 60 seconds)

- Impregnation process:

- JN1050: 0.1 - 2% (o.w.f)

- Treatment temperature: 70 - 80° C.

- Prepare the solution → Dry fabric, treat with TF - 505C at 0.1 - 2% (o.w.f), impregnate for 30 minutes → Set the shape (170°C for 60 seconds)
