1.New material structure products with high adsorption and high safety, maintaining stable effects under various high-temperature, high-alkali, and high-salt conditions in printing and dyeing.
2.High safety ensures that it can be used in the same bath as each process in the pretreatment, dyeing, soaping (reduction cleaning) in the dyeing vat without affecting the original process functions. Its own softening, anti-crease and other functions are outstanding.
3. It can prevent the formation of creases in the dyeing vat for various heavy knitted fabrics and woven fabrics, and reduce or avoid problems such as scraping white and abrasion.
4. It can endow cotton fabrics with a fluffy, thick, three-dimensional, Q-bouncy and soft hand feel.
5. It gives polyester and nylon fabrics a comfortable cotton-like effect of being sticky and fluffy.
6. It endows various blended fabrics such as polyester-cotton and nylon-cotton with a thick, fluffy, sticky and soft comfortable hand feel.
7. Added in the original printing and dyeing processing procedure, it does not add a softening process, can improve the fiber hand feel, enhance the dyeing and finishing efficiency, reduce costs and save energy.
8. It endows various fibers with excellent sewing performance.
9. Since the softening is completed in the original dyeing vat process, less or no soft oil or silicone oil needs to be added during the subsequent setting, which can avoid difficult problems such as color change and reduction of fabric fastness caused by post-finishing.
