직물의 6가지 색상 견뢰도 특성

직물의 색상 견뢰도 테스트는 직물의 품질 테스트에서 일상적인 검사 항목입니다. 주로 다음과 같은 유형이 있습니다:

다림질 견뢰도: This refers to the degree of color change or fading that occurs in dyed fabrics during ironing.

Fading resistance: Fading resistance refers to the degree of color loss of dyed fabrics after being rubbed. It can be either dry rubbing or wet rubbing. Fading resistance is evaluated based on the degree of color沾染 on white clothand it is divided into 5 grades. The larger the valuethe better the fading resistance.

Sunlight Fastness: Sunlight fastness refers to the degree to which colored fabrics change color under the influence of sunlight. The testing method involves comparing the degree of sample fading after simulated sunlight exposure with the standard color sample, and it is divided into 8 grades. Grade 8 represents the best result, while grade 1 indicates the worst. Fabrics with poor sunlight fastness should not be exposed to the sun for a long time. Instead, they should be dried in a ventilated area.

Fading resistance: This refers to the degree of fading phenomenon that occurs in the stored dyed fabrics. The dyeing resistance of normal fabrics is generally required to reach levels 3 or 4 in order to meet the needs for daily wear.

Wash fastness: The water wash or soap wash fastness refers to the degree of color change in the dyed fabric after being washed with the washing solution. Usually, a gray-scale comparison chart is used as the evaluation standard, which involves judging based on the color difference between the original sample and the sample after fading. The wash fastness is divided into 5 grades, with grade 5 being the best and grade 1 being the worst. Fabrics with poor wash fastness should be dry-cleaned. If wet cleaning is performed, it is necessary to pay extra attention to the washing conditions, such as not allowing the washing temperature to be too high or the time to be too long.

Sweat Resistance: Sweat resistance refers to the degree of color fading on a dyed fabric after it is slightly soaked in sweat.
