Anti-Soap Detergent JN05

1.It can exert excellent effects in removing unfixed reactive dyes, and can prevent the dyes in the dye bath from redepositing on the fibers, further improving the washing and rubbing fastness of the fibers.

2. It can effectively reduce the number of washing times after dyeing, shorten the process flow, thus improving production efficiency. It can also be used for soaping at a low temperature of 60 - 80°C, saving steam.
3. After soaping, the color and shade are stable, significantly improving the washing fastness and color vividness of the fibers.

4.Compared with traditional soap oil, it has better enhancing properties.

- Light - colored fabrics:Anti-soap Detergent JN05: 0.5 - 1.0% (o.w.f). Soaping at 60°C - 80°C for about 20 minutes.

- Medium - to - dark - colored fabrics: Anti-soap Detergent JN05: 1.0 - 2.0% (o.w.f). Soaping at 60°C - 98°C for about 30 minutes.

- Remarks: The dosage can be increased for extra - dark - colored fabrics.
