When the pretreatment agent is used in synergy with a waterproof agent/softener, for processing stability, a two - step treatment is recommended. Both padding and impregnation processes are applicable.

- Step 1: Pretreatment finishing

- Padding process: JN1050, 1 - 5 g/l

- Prepare the solution → Dry fabric, treat with TF - 505C, one - dip - one - nip (3.0 kgf/cm²) → Set the shape (170°C 60 seconds)

- Impregnation process:

- JN1050: 0.1 - 2% (O.W.)

- Treatment temperature: 70 - 80°C

- Prepare the solution → Dry fabric, treat with TF - 505C at 0.1 - 2% (O.W.), impregnate for 30 minutes → Set the shape (170°C 60 seconds)
